    Our requirement is a 3:1 income to rent ratio. Only verifiable income is considered for rental applications. If there is more than one person on the lease, their incomes are combined for qualification purposes.

  • Is renter’s insurance required at The Reserve at Madison Flatts?

    Each adult resident must carry $100,000 liability insurance to cover damages to the property. Personal property renter’s insurance is highly encouraged but not required.

    Our occupancy limits follow the state occupancy recommendation of 2 individuals per bedroom.
